01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the hot646 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through the website and any associated mobile-optimized interfaces (collectively, the "Platform"). 03 Account Registration & Security

To access the full features of the hot646 Platform, you must register a personal account. Each individual may hold only one (1) account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. 12 Account Suspension & Termination

hot646 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse or exploitation of system errors.

Upon account closure, any verified balance remaining in your account (net of any bonuses subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the resolution of any pending investigations.

You may close your account at any time by contacting hot646 customer support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations you have incurred prior to closure.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such dispute.

hot646's records and logs shall constitute prima facie evidence of all transactions and activities conducted on the Platform and shall be admissible in any dispute resolution proceedings.

14 Amendments to These Terms

hot646 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, hot646 will provide reasonable notice to registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
